Netaflex
is an advanced open tank dosing system of the highest
quality, with superb reliability. All Netaflex models
are equipped with stainless steel Grundfos pumps. The
dosing channels in the Netaflex units are based on a
precise, efficient Venturi injector, with no moving
parts. For control, Netaflex employs unique action valves,
developed especially for control purposes in the chemical
industry.

EC/pH
Control |

When
using EC/pH measurements for control, it is always good
to be on the safe side. With this in mind, dual EC/pH
measurements are standard on all Netaflex units: one
sensor is used for control, the other for reference.
Netaflex's unique EC sensor was developed especially
for use in agriculture, and has a very low sensitivity
to dirt.
All Netaflex models are available in two versions:

- For
use with a Netagrow process computer: The Netagrow computer
presents the user with a friendly daily overview, presenting
information such as drainage, average pH and EC for each
valve, and water consumption. It also presents the start
trigger information for each valve, and includes a highly
reliable guard/alarm system, for detecting any faults in
measurement and control functions.
- An
irrigation stand-alone version integrated with a Netagrow
ISA computer: This version incorporates numerous irrigation
and fertilization options. The Netagrow ISA enables irrigation
to be set according to daily clock, weekly clock, radiation
sum, light intensity and/or temperature. Four start strategies
and fertilizer recipes are available, for controlling up
to 60 irrigation valves, in 4 periods per day. A flushing
valve and drainage quantity measurement are also standard.
